Dr. Palmer graduated from the University of Utah and earned his medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center. His vascular/interventional fellowship was completed at Loma Linda University Medical Center as well.
Clinical interests include interventional stroke therapy, as the first provider to perform cerebral thrombectomy in the Southern Oregon region. He also has an interest in interventional oncology, providing a variety of curative and palliative treatments.
Dr. Palmer joined Medford Radiology Group in 2009. He is married with four children. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys the abundance of cultural and outdoor activities in the area and tinkers with wood in his spare time.
