Elana received her Bachelor’s Degree in the Science of Nursing from University Wisconsin Green Bay. Her passion for Interventional Radiology developed during her time as a sedation RN in IR at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, WI. In 2014 she achieved her Master Degree of Science in Nursing at Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon, WI. She then practiced in Urgent Care and Gastroenterology for a few years, but returned to IR in 2019 at Stanford University Health Care where her position involved management of pre and post-procedural outpatient care.
Elana joined the Medford Radiology Group in 2023 which gave her an opportunity to further develop her practice with procedural work. She is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the National League of Nursing. Clinical interests include patient, family, and staff teaching, practicing patient-focused care, and performing image-guided procedures.
She enjoys spending time with her husband motorcycling and exploring the West Coast.
